DNV has successfully completed the verification and certification of Reliance Industries Limited’s (RIL) fully commissioned KG-D6 deepwater gas field development project.

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has given DNV the Global Pipeline Award 2009. This is the industry’s most prestigious global award and emphasizes the status of DNV’s pipeline standard.
Delays in newbuild projects for the offshore industry inevitably result in huge financial losses. The Houston Approval Center hosted a technology seminar that was attended by over 100 engineers from local oil and gas companies. Experts from DNV Energy’s Høvik and Houston offices instructed during the two-day seminar.
