They are designed for young, highly qualified graduates with a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, Master of Science, Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree from a university anywhere in the world.
International Technical Trainee Programme
The International Technical Trainee Programme is a two-year on-the-job training programme. After an induction at the head office in Norway, trainees complete four training blocks of six months each. At least six months of the time is spent at DNV’s head office, and at least six months at a station outside the trainee's home country.
Management Trainee Programme
Join our challenging and comprehensive trainee programme for young business graduates. Our two year trainee programme will give you the chance to work in different countries and experience diverse cultures and job assignments. After the trainee period is completed you will be offered a relevant job in one of the units within DNV.
