DNV Singapore offers the following courses for Food Safety:

The Food Safety Management System Foundation course provides the basics of ISO 22000 and enables the participants to understand the process based approach towards managing food safety hazards and risks. At the end of the course the students will be able to prepare a personal action plan for how to apply the best practices of ISO 22000 in their organisation.

The Food Safety Management System Conversion course enables the students to interpret the requirements of ISO 22000 in the context of an FSMS audit. Students will be able to check and confirm the FSMS audit objectives.

The FSMS ISO 22000 Internal Auditor course provides a comprehensive understanding of the food safety audit cycle, as well as the knowledge, skills and requirements of a FSMS auditor in the areas of Food Safety Hazard Assessments and Control Measure Assessments. Participants will be able to prepare and plan for internal audits and will gain insight into best practices, methods and techniques.

The FSMS ISO 20000 Lead Auditor course enables the participants to interpret the requirements of ISO 22000 in the context of a FSMS audit. Students will be able to plan, conduct, report and follow up on second and third party audits in accordance with ISO 19011 - Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing.
